You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website functionality, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
3. Free Audit and Consultation Requests
Any free audit, consultation, estimate, or recommendation provided through the website is for initial guidance only. It does not create a binding project agreement unless both parties approve a written proposal, scope of work, invoice, or contract.
4. Packages and Pricing
Package prices shown on the website are listed in USD and are intended as starting points for common AI automation setups. Final pricing may vary based on scope, integrations, workflow complexity, number of tools involved, API access, custom development, compliance requirements, support needs, and timeline.
GROBITS may update pricing, package details, inclusions, or service availability at any time. Submitted package requests do not guarantee acceptance of a project at the listed price until reviewed and confirmed by GROBITS.
5. Project Scope
Each paid project should have a clear scope of work, deliverables, timeline, responsibilities, pricing, payment schedule, and revision terms. Features or requests not listed in the approved scope may require additional cost and timeline adjustments.
6. Client Responsibilities
To complete automation work, you may need to provide accurate business information, tool access, API keys, platform permissions, branding assets, workflow details, existing process documents, CRM access, website access, and timely feedback.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to share access to any third-party tools.
- You must provide accurate information needed to configure workflows correctly.
- You should review automation outputs, test workflows, and approve final delivery before using them in live operations.
- You are responsible for third-party platform fees, subscriptions, API costs, usage limits, and account restrictions unless agreed otherwise in writing.
7. Third-Party Tools and Integrations
Many automation projects depend on third-party tools such as CRM platforms, email services, forms, payment gateways, WhatsApp providers, analytics tools, AI platforms, scheduling tools, project management systems, or no-code automation platforms. GROBITS is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, rejected API access, account suspensions, or limitations caused by third-party providers.
8. AI Output and Automation Accuracy
AI automation can improve speed, consistency, and efficiency, but AI-generated content and automated workflows should be reviewed and monitored. GROBITS does not guarantee that AI outputs will always be error-free, complete, compliant, or suitable for every business decision without human review.
9. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
Payment terms are defined in the relevant invoice, proposal, or contract. Work may begin after the required payment is received. Due to the custom nature of AI automation consulting, planning, workflow mapping, setup, configuration, development, integrations, and strategy work, payments for completed work, started work, consultation, discovery, setup, delivered milestones, reserved production time, or approved deliverables are non-refundable unless GROBITS confirms otherwise in writing.
Change of mind is not applicable for a refund. If a client decides not to proceed after payment, changes direction, pauses the project without a valid written agreement, no longer requires the service, or chooses another provider, any amount already paid remains non-refundable to cover planning, consultation, administrative time, resource allocation, and work already started.
If GROBITS has not started any paid work and no resources have been reserved, any refund request will be reviewed at GROBITS' discretion and may be subject to administrative, payment processing, consultation, and planning deductions. Third-party costs, subscriptions, platform fees, software licenses, API charges, paid tools, domain or hosting fees, and any external vendor costs are always non-refundable once purchased, activated, or committed.
10. Client Communication, Delays, and Non-Response
Client cooperation is required for successful project delivery. If a client does not respond, delays access, fails to provide required content, approvals, credentials, feedback, assets, or business information, the project timeline may be extended and GROBITS will not be responsible for missed deadlines caused by client-side delays.
If a client remains unresponsive for 10 consecutive calendar days after GROBITS requests required information, access, feedback, payment, approval, or project direction, the project or contract may be paused, closed, or terminated at GROBITS' discretion. In such cases, any payments already made are non-refundable, and reactivation may require a new timeline, revised quotation, restart fee, or updated scope depending on resource availability and project status.
Repeated delays, unclear approvals, delayed payments, failure to cooperate, or failure to provide required access may be treated as a client-side hold. A client-side hold does not pause payment obligations for ongoing retainers, support plans, hosting, maintenance, subscriptions, or reserved service availability unless confirmed by GROBITS in writing.
11. Revisions and Support
Revision terms depend on the selected package or approved project scope. Revisions usually cover reasonable changes to agreed deliverables, not new features, new integrations, platform changes, or major scope changes. Ongoing support, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization may require a separate monthly plan.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, final custom deliverables paid for by the client may be used by the client for their business after payment is completed. GROBITS may retain rights to reusable frameworks, general automation methods, templates, internal processes, know-how, and non-client-specific components developed before or during the project.
13. Confidentiality
We aim to keep client business information confidential and use it only for project-related purposes. You should not submit passwords, private financial details, sensitive customer data, or confidential credentials through public forms. Secure sharing methods should be used for sensitive project access.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GROBITS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost profits, lost data, missed leads, business interruption, third-party platform failures, or automation misuse. Any liability related to a paid project is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that caused the claim.
15. No Guarantee of Business Results
GROBITS may help automate processes, reduce manual work, improve response times, and support operational efficiency. However, we do not guarantee specific revenue, profit, lead volume, conversion rate, ranking, ad performance, or business outcome unless explicitly stated in a signed written agreement.
16. Live Chat, Visitor Tracking, and Sales Communication
GROBITS may use live chat, visitor monitoring, website analytics, lead tracking, UTM tracking, IP-based location lookup, device information, browser information, operating system information, page activity, landing page source, and referral data to understand visitor intent, provide faster support, improve sales communication, prevent abuse, and optimize website performance.
When a visitor uses the chat widget, submits a form, or interacts with the website, GROBITS or authorized team members may initiate a conversation, respond to inquiries, assign chats to sales or support representatives, and store conversation history for business follow-up, quality control, training, and service improvement. Chat availability is not guaranteed at all times.
